Shipping

We proudly ship to customers worldwide.

Most orders are shipped from our North American warehouse. However, depending on product availability and inventory levels, your order may be fulfilled from one of our other authorized warehouses to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Please allow 1–4 business days for order processing before shipment. We always make every effort to ship your order from the location that provides the quickest delivery.

Please note that certain products may have shipping restrictions and may not be available for delivery to some international destinations.

Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided during checkout and are based on the shipping method you select. These estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping charges for many products are calculated based on weight. Product weights can be found on each product page. In accordance with our shipping carriers' policies, shipment weights are rounded up to the next full pound.

International Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, and any other taxes or charges imposed by their country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated during checkout.

If customs charges are assessed, they must be paid by the customer before the shipment can be delivered. www.ezflashomega.com is not responsible for these fees and cannot reimburse or refund them.

European Union Customers

For shipments to many European destinations, we prepay the mandatory €3.00 Import Control System (ICS2) advance data processing fee as part of your shipping cost whenever applicable. However, this does not include VAT, import duties, customs brokerage fees, or any other taxes or government charges. Any VAT, customs duties, or import-related fees assessed by your local customs authority remain the responsibility of the customer.

If a customer refuses to pay required customs charges and the shipment is refused or returned, any return shipping costs, customs fees, or other charges incurred may be deducted from any applicable refund.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If your return is the result of our error (such as receiving an incorrect, damaged, or defective item), we will also cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds are typically processed within 4 weeks of the date you send your return, although many refunds are completed much sooner. This timeframe includes:

• 5–10 business days for your return to reach us.
• 3–5 business days for us to inspect and process your return.
• 5–10 business days for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.

To initiate a return, simply log in to your account, open your order from the My Account section, and click the Return Item(s) button. Once we have received and processed your returned item(s), you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
